‘dePelecyn studio’ was formed in 1997 as an artist studio that works with light. We use light as a sculpting material to enhance the shape and experience of space.
As artists and designers, we take great pride in sculpting intimate and/or dramatic environments with light by highlighting art, and defining architectural materials, planes, and volumes of space. We make conscientious choices about placing light, carefully selecting points for light and places for shadow. We do not over-light spaces.
‘dePelecyn studio inc.’ consists of a team of two artists/designers and one CAD subcontractor that cater to clients and their projects providing creative solutions with light. We intentionally maintain a small staff to personally serve our clients and pay close attention to detail throughout the design and construction process.
We are committed to thoughtful and well-integrated lighting designs that enhance both the architectural and natural environment.
